Metallographic Quality Control
With a complete machining infrastructure, AÇOS TREFITA, with its production line, is capable of grinding bars with rough finishing, and executing parts according to the design and projects requested, providing semi quality products.
The TREFITA STEELS product line is composed, among others, of round, square and hexagonal bars of steel for mechanical construction. Its careful traceability system follows all the standards of origin and quality of the raw material, with strict control of the batches from the receipt of the material until delivery to the final customer. Throughout the process, ultrasound tests and laboratory analyses ensure the quality of the products.
